By accessing DepthPop, creating or publishing a gallery item, or purchasing or using the DepthPop browser extension, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the product or service.
2. What DepthPop provides
DepthPop helps users prepare an original image and a matching grayscale depth map, preview a depth-based parallax effect, and download the paired files. Optional background music is available while viewing photos in the gallery. The extension is designed for Chromium-based desktop browsers including Google Chrome and Brave.
3. Extension license
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the DepthPop extension. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, reverse engineer, or make the extension or activation credentials available to other people except where applicable law expressly permits it.
You retain ownership of the images, depth maps, audio, and other content you create. DepthPop does not claim ownership of your work.
4. Uploads and acceptable use
You are responsible for everything you upload, link to, publish, or share. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for all images, depth maps, music, names, and descriptions you use.
Do not use DepthPop for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative, malicious, or privacy-invasive content. We may remove public gallery content or restrict access when necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.
5. Price, payment, and refunds
The displayed price is a one-time purchase unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise. Payment, taxes, receipts, license delivery, and refund processing may be handled by the third-party checkout provider linked from the Buy Now button. The checkout provider’s terms may also apply.
Refund rights vary by country and purchase platform. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Contact us using the email below if you have a purchase problem.
6. Availability and updates
We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue features. Browser, operating-system, Facebook, and other third-party changes may affect compatibility. We do not guarantee that every external platform will continue accepting depth-map pairs or displaying the effect in the same way.
7. Important platform limitations
Generate your image and depth map using the DepthPop extension in Google Chrome or Brave on a desktop computer. The 3D tilt effect does not work on iPad. Facebook controls its own 3D Photo processing and display behavior, so recognition and presentation are not guaranteed.
The depth effect depends on image quality, map quality, dimensions, browser graphics support, and device performance. Results may differ between photos and supported devices.
8. Disclaimer and liability
DepthPop is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular creative result, platform acceptance, sales, reach, engagement, or monetization.
To the extent permitted by law, DepthPop and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the product. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the product, law, or business changes. The revised date at the top shows when the latest version took effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
